Rules Clarifications

The person who drew this can choose not to pay a treasure card. In this case, the encounter simply ends. If they choose to pay, it doesn't matter what kind of treasure card they pay with. They still get the permanent +1 toughness bonus for the rest of the game. When paying treasure, place it in the discad pile. If they treasure paid was a relic, they win the game.
