Djinns

Djinns were a race of Vorgar spirits which entered Tarn during the Worldrending. Originally, they were enslaved by the Vorgar Lords, but many of them defected and escaped to distant territories during the Godstrife Era.

The Djinns posssessed an insatiable curiosity, and were responsible for the creation of many hybrid races, including the Kisva and the Aronti, as well as numerous beasts such as the Griffins, Mermaids and Sphinxes. The Djinns became so numerous in the lands to the south and west of Faeheim, that these lands became known as Djinnheim. Many of the gods worshiped in these lands are said to be Djinns, rather than Avalar or Eldrin.
